    But to answer your question: Unlock your bootloader, it's simple as hell, even simpler than using such crappy hacks like KingRoot (WHY?! *facepalm*)...
    Then download and flash the factory image from cyngn.com/support, Download and flash twrp, and stop using crappy root hacks! We are on CyanogenOS and therefore we can activate the CM integrated superuser in dev-settings after flashing http://jak-linux.org/cm/cm-unofficial-12.1-YOG7DAS2K1-bacon-signed-superuser.zip (contsins latest official debuggable kernel and su binary).

    The reason why supersu didn't work for you is because it patches your kernel's ramdisk and so modifies your boot image, what is not permittet with a locked bootloader..

    PS: unlocking your bootloader doesn't void your warranty ;)
