    Try Beam Player or Maple JB.

    I love Maple because you can change the pitch and speed and it sound really good.

    I like programs like folder play. You categorize your music in folders like playlists. for me it's great.

    Google play music sucks. Its pointlessly difficult to delete songs and everytime I add music it deletes all my playlists (havnt done it on the opo cuz I got an awesome playlist I don't wanna lose)

    I know I'm replying to an ancient thread, but I want to add BlackPlayer as a suggestion. A super sleek, highly customizable music player with advanced features (including full control over artist art, biography, album art, changing names, etc) without the need for rooting.

    The playlist feature is not perfect, but besides that it's pretty much perfect. The free version was ad free when I had it (not sure about now), but I upgraded to the premium version some time ago. Mostly a way of supporting the developers, you don't get a whole lot of features by paying.
