    Mine would be the expense followed closely by it being out of date in a couple of years and not supported, followed by not liking it once I've bought it.

    Here in Australia we can't just pick up the latest OnePlus easy, can't go to a store to play with it, got to make sure you do your research and make sure you trust the person/company you're buying from.

    Build quality.
    When I buy a phone I expect it to perform for at least two years. Meaning no degradation or the feeling of it getting slower or stuff breaking.
    If you ask yourself why two years, that's because every two years I get a new phone in my contract.
