    That's a really broad and unfair statement to apply to everyone.

    I have owned 3 Audi's, I've researched competitors and have come to the conclusion each time that the Audi I purchase is the best vehicle to meet my needs, does that make me stupid? No, it makes me someone who is buying something that meets my specific needs.

    You can't label someone stupid simply because they chose a brand that suits their needs.

    I don't get why you're worried if you can return the device anyway within 30 days, all you need to do is test for a week or two and if it is a lot slower return it. Although it seems a bit odd to me a camera having to pop up every time you want to use the phone, just to lose a small notch.
