    damn! ordred a earbud and flip cover and this is still pending shipmment, even those accessoiries are out of stock?? there isn't much information about BF order status.
    c'mon Opo give us some feedback. don't settle behind some tiny notification ...25th...

    The support page says

    [Order not shipped] You may cancel your order at any point before it ships in your OnePlus Store Account (http://oneplus.net/sales/order/history). The system will refund you automatically.

    How do I go about cancelling my order? It does not say I have to raise a ticket for an unshipped order. I raised one anyway on Dec 2 but no response. If there is a way that I can cancel it I will be grateful if someone can tell me.

    The order status changed yesterday from 'Pending shipment' to 'Processing'.

    I am from Switzerland actually. I was unfortunately too late as I let pass Black Friday... I'll be more alert for the next open sale!

    I never received an invite even though I registered to receive it on Black Friday when you were allowing people to buy them without an invite. The phone was out of stock and I registered for an invite, but never received any. Very disappointed. I am looking to buy my first one plus device. Please help.

    As some of the above, missed the Black Friday deal but was still able to input my email for an invite. I did this, but have yet to receive any confirmation my email was entered.

    I'm not even talking about the invite here, I just wanted confirmation that my email address was added to the list for future invites. I got no email and have only just registered on these forums (using the same email address) to see if there was a way of checking this. There doesn't appear to be. Any ideas?

    Still "pending shipment" here too, after 8 days.
    So long as it arrives before 25th I don't mind though. Would love to get it now though. :D

    Ordered on the 28th, went from "Pending Shipment" to "processing" overnight..... Is that an upgrade or a downgrade of status... I thought "processing" is the status it went to immediately after I ordered, so I feel like I've taken a step back... no?
