Bluetooth and file transfer issue in 4.1.3

Sometimes the Bluetooth is working very slowly like if i press the device to which data to be shared the phone isn't showing nothing and initialize transfers after a while.

If i download anything or move data from the phone while it is connected to the pc in file transferring mode the download/moved data isn't visible in respective folders. Even after refreshing, reconnecting, reboot data isn't visible. But i can see is through native file manager app. But after a while data is visible

Ps:do not recommend clearing cache n restore its been done already

why are you using Bluetooth? you have much better and faster technology today. SHAREit is very good and available on all platforms. although it may be inconvenient to use just to transfer one or two small files.

alternatively, you can install folder sync app from JR Mobile Studio (Cheetah Sync) from Google play store and it's desktop software on your PC. with this, you can automate your phone Backup process too. much faster than Bluetooth.

I thought you were limiting the problem to transferring files. streaming over Bluetooth not included.

I never do it with bluetooth. As far as I'm concerned, Apowersoft Phone Manager can help to transfer files from phone to PC and vice versa. You just need to download the app on your computer, and then connect your phone to PC via USB cable or WiFi. Then you can manage your files freely.

If/when you're on Wi-Fi on both phone and PC, you can use Wi-Fi connection to transfer files. It doesn't even need to connect to the internet.
Just use File manager -> File dash

To explain: File dash uses your phone hotspot (without needing to use mobile data) to send files to your PC. Your PC can get it through browser.
The down side being, if you used to use your phone hotspot to connect to the internet from other device, it shuts down the internet connection. You'll have to reboot the phone to reuse it as internet hotspot.
