Bluetooth audio delay and voice distortion with Y Series Dec 3, 2020

    In my 43Y1 when I pair my headphones with the device there is a audio video lag as well as the voice distorts. Can someone help me with it ?

    Yes, this issue is faced by a majority of users. There is a distortion issue with the speakers, also on the OnePlus TV Q1 series also. This happens if you connect any bluetooth audio output accessory.
    Unfortunately, there is no fixes for this issue currently and we are hoping that the OnePlus team will fix this issue as soon as possible
    However, you can tweak audio delay setting to fix the Bluetooth delay issue!

    Hey,
    Right now it's faced by both Q1 and U1 series users. Not many Y series users have reported yet, but the possibility is that it's the same issue. Wait for the next OTA update and meanwhile you can keep an eye on the forum if other Y series users are facing the same.
