Delays can be seen on videos and games.
It is just so, that human should notice the delay during gaming more.

Yes, audio delay over bluetooth is considered as normal.

You must have really expensive headphones then, I have delay on my Sony 1000xm3 and Bose NC700... Ofc it's minimal delay, but still noticeable.

Bro it is not normal. This is happening only on oneplus devices and not on any other devices and this audio delay is not negligible. Cause u can't play ur game properly if u hear the footstep of enemy after he knocks u out.

You have a headphone jack, use it.

Also, why did you bump an 11 month old thread?

Using a Headphone Jack is not solution to this problem. And i bumped this 11 month old issue because still it is not resolved.

It's never going to be resolved because Bluetooth will always have latency no matter what.

You're also in the wrong subforum for your device, hence the headphone jack suggestion.

The reason it only happens in games and not videos is because many video players like YouTube or Netflix compensate for the Bluetooth delay by playing the audio slightly ahead of the video so there is no delay. Video games, however, cannot do this as it is 100% live and happens in milliseconds.

Some video players like youtube adjust video playback to match audio delay.
