Bluetooth connection problem Apr 18, 2021

Hi,
on my OnePlus 6T on the latest update (10.3.9) the phone says that it's connected to devices even when it is disconnected (for example if I rise the volume while the speaker is disconnected, it still show the volume of the device), even if I turn off the bluetooth.

I even have problems using the OnePlus buds: it takes seconds to connect when I take it out from the case to answer a call and the call get answered before I can hear anything. Sometimes whele it's connected I make a call or answer it, but I can't hear anything (but the caller hears me). after that even if I turn off the bluetooth I can't hear anything during that call or the next one.
