Yes, this issue is faced by a majority of users. There is a distortion issue and a sometimes a slight lag issue with the speakers on the OnePlus TV. This happens if you connect any bluetooth audio output accessory. I also face it on the Q1 series.
Unfortunately, there is no fixes for this issue currently and we are hoping that the OnePlus team will fix this issue as soon as possible.
