Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect while on the calls only Nov 28, 2020 via OnePlus 7

    I am using OnePlus 7 and I am using Wireless z headset. While in the call my bluetooth automatically disconnect and reconnect. This is happening only while calls. Pls advice a solution.

    Thanks, anyway it's brand new oneplus wireless Z. I changed the headset from wireless 2 to Z but still issues is continuing. Done BT reset but no results.

    Issue might be with some setting or software malfunction, I also used the same phone and using wireless earphone and car Bluetooth connection, I never encountered such issue, you better get help from those OnePlus experts from company itself.

    Try resetting the bluetooth. Go to Settings> System> Reset options> Rese WiFi mobile & Bluetooth.
    Note : You will lose all the WiFi networks you saved previously.

    Thanks dear. I am in Sri Lanka and we don't have oneplus customer care in Sri Lanka. Let me try at least by connecting to India customer care. I am really expecting an answer from oneplus tech team for this issue here.

    I have exactly the same problem with my OP7 (GM1900, OOS 10.0.10.GM57BA). I had OP Bullets Wireless 2 and bought as you the Z version, same problem : during calls (and only during calls), my BT connection drops randomly (sometimes no problem, and some other times it could be after 3 min of call, then reconnect, then drops after 8 min, then reconnect, then drops again 2 min later, and can reconnect...or not). Really random issue, but it occurs often.

    I tried today these operations (https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/bluetooth-connectivity-issues.1358120/#post-22472678), currently testing it. I had a 23 min call without bug after these operations.
