Bluetooth disconnects in the backend via OnePlus 9 Pro

    I bought OnePlus 9 pro recently and it's very inconsistent while using any device through bluetooth, disconnects several times, even i gave "don't optimize" in advance battery optimization. The issue is maybe a software issue. Please check and update me on this.

    Hi, try this
    Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > 3 dots on top right corner( show system apps ) > Bluetooth > storage > clear cache and clear storage

    Settings > system >Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth (it will delete your saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth settings also so keep that in mind)

    Restart your phone and see if it works.

    First of all when I was checking inside my system apps I found 2 bluetooth apps - version 11 and version 2.2.2.
    The issue still persist :(

    I think the bluetooth automatically restarts and disconnects first the current device and than connects again, this is really frustrating. I don't know why this is happening---
    adaptive refresh rate
    Battery optimization
    Some software issue..
    I tried all your suggestions didn't worked.

    Have you reported there?
    Have you get any reply or DM from bug hunters.

    If you thinking for replacement, give a try to factor reset,
    If issue is still there go for replacement.

    Hi guys. I too was facing the same problem. It automatically disconnects and connects when not in use and while using.

    When I am out I use Mobile Data and it works fine without any problem.
    When I am at home sometimes it disconnects and reconnects then I observed that it was due to my home WiFi.
    When WiFi is slow and not working the Earphone disconnects and reconnects.

    Try this and Check.
    1. Switch ON with Mobile Data and use for a day.
    2. Switch with WiFi and use it (to check try to off WiFi)
