Working Bluetooth headphones connectivity issue to one plus nord via OnePlus Nord

    Hi,

    I am using one plus Nord mobile with current version 10.5.10

    While using OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z, i am facing issue of Bluetooth disconnection while making or receiving call, Bluetooth status is showing connected, but unable to use Bluetooth while on call, same had been tried on another OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z & JBL Clip 3 Bluetooth,but still facing same issue.

    this problem accure while using mobile is connected to WIFI, when mobile data is on then Bluetooth works smoothly.

    I have troubleshooted the issue on connecting same blue tooth device on different one plus device 7 but not observed the issue on other device with lower version. I have already reset performed on Bluetooth device as well as used the setting reset mobile, wifi and Bluetooth setting.

    Seems this is a software bug but not sure . I need to get read of this issue so please can some one share me the workaround or permanent fix for the issue?

    I am facing the same issue. Bluetooth gets disconnected frequently. Turning off Wifi Calling have fixed some users issue. But it's not a permanent fix! I hope OnePlus fixes this issue with an update asap!

    I also have the Same issue with bluetooth it gets disconnected frequently while using any application or on call and it will take time to connect with any bluetooth device

    I am facing the same issues. Lot of users send this information to community from last 8 months but still there is no updates and there is no response from the oneplus. Before purchasing this brand i heard lot of good reviews on community. Now I saw in reality all news of OnePlus brand was bullshit. They developed only by the fake marketing techniques.

    One plus is not yet able to resolve this problem, i am facing this problem since last 8 -9 months.

    now a days I am stop recommending one plus to my frnds, as one plus support is not up to the mark.
