Bluetooth Issue in OnePlus 6T

    Facing this Bluetooth issue in my OP6T... Bluetooth gets disconnected every 5mins.... Really annoying now...Anyone else facing this issue? Any solution? Help!!!

    Hello am using OnePlus 6t along with my Skullcandy ink'd Bluetooth headset but I don't face this issue it's working perfectly fine for me. Which headset are you using?? is it working fine with other mobiles???

    I was not facing this issue eariler but it started recently 2days ago...i am using Bullet Wireless and Logitech X50 Bluetooth speaker ....both are working fine with other phones...

    Even i never had this issue but it all started 2 days ago and its really frustrating now...I am currently using Bullet Wireless

    I also have same issue. my 6T automatic disconnect with pair device like my fitbit and Bluetooth speaker.

    Same issue. I wrote to helpdesk and they send me the instruction for generate log to send in helpdesk
    1.Enter *#800# in dial and Click "oneplus Logkit" option.

    2.Check the "Move log path to build-in SD card" box then Click the Back button , return to the previous page.

    3.Click "Get Wireless Log" option and Click "Get bluetooth log" option then turn on Bluetooth again. If BT has been turned on, it would be turned
    off when you click "Get bluetooth log" option and you should turn on BT again by yourself(IMPORTANT).

    4.Start to reproduce the issue. When the issue happens, please take a screenshot(press volume and power key down) and Return to "Get Wireless
    Log" interface immediately(IMPORTANT).

    5.Click “Stop logging” and Share the log files to us. Enter file manager->STORAGE->Internal storage->oem_log, compress the oem_log floder and
    the screenshots then send the zip file to us.

    If someone would like generate the log and send to helpdesk, for me is difficult because the issue appear when i drive...
