Z1603166503100 , via OnePlus Community App , Jul 11, 2021 : I've filed this issue in February, along with logs and video. I've also replaced my Op8 2x under warranty exchange due to this 'bug' on this version of Android. All 3 devices connect flawlessly on Android 10, however after Android 11, they fail to connect. This has been verified on all 3. All 3 were also factory reset (but stuck on Android 11).
