Bluetooth limits internet speed via OnePlus 7 Pro

    Hii all im having this issue for 1 year since I bought oneplus bullets wireless z when I try to run 1440p 60fps video or HDR video on youtube or netflex with Bluetooth earphones connected it buffer every 5 second if I disconnect the earphones everything is buttery smooth even at 4k 60fps HDR I have 150mbps internet speed wifi when I connect my earphones it's slow down to like 5 6 mbps -_- it's so frustrating oneplus didn't listen always asking for logs and stuff I provided them everything still didn't resolved and it's not only with my phone I checked my friends oneplus 7 pro and did the same thing it's same internet slowing down and this time it was his phone his earphones his internet the common was oneplus 7 pro device why it can't be resolved how hard it is to oneplus team to arrange a oneplus 7 pro phone any Bluetooth earphones and open youtube search 4k 60fps hdr video and play the video and see by your self this bugg and if you disconnect the earphones the video will run smooth as af or using wire earphones please fix this issue it's been over a year plz arrange a oneplus 7 pro and oneplus bullets wireless z connect it to phone and open youtube search 4k 60fps HDR video and make sure you have high speed internet wifi I have 150mbps speed internet 100mbps will also do the job and run the video see by your self how much it buffer and when you disconnected the earphones it will run buttery smooth and make sure you have turn on show internet speed in notification bar so you also can see the speed it doesn't matter full screen or landscape mode just make sure you are running the video 1440p 60fps minimum adjust the quality to that in youtube and see this bugg by your self and plz fix this

    Bluetooth and WiFi use the same frequency of 2.4ghz... If your router supports 5ghz, switch to that :)

    You could try a different channel for 2.4Ghz on your router and see if that helps.

    This was a good suggestion. Most routers have this inside the admin panel, so logging into the router it's a 1 minute job.

    You don't need to change router before you tried what @Bobbie63 suggested. Switching 2.4ghz channel could fix it for free

    I tried switching in router setting and it didn't work same slow net with Bluetooth but switching to 5gh works but sadly I don't have one I tried on my friends internet it did work so that's why I need to change my router

    Log into your router, look for the WiFi settings and look for the channel settings here you can select a different channel (if you never have changed it, it’s probably on auto).

    normally the channels 1, 6, and 11 are the best to choose as the have no overlap.

    There's one final thing you could try and that is to turn off the smart wifi scanning and see if that brings something.

    That didn't work either hey atleast that guy did know what is the problem not like those stupid oneplus people send me this log send me that and still didn't recognize the problem now atleast I know what problem is now how u can resolve it on hardware level thank you both
