The Bluetooth speaker/headset automatically gets disconnected whenever a notification is received. Everytime it changes the output device to phone speaker and I need to change it to Bluetooth speaker using the quick drop down from Notification area.
If anyone knows how to fix the issue, please let me know.

    Try this
Go to settings then backup and reset and reset the network settings and restart your phone once..
And enable the Bluetooth scanning from wifi settings..

If still having problems report here

Aside from basically erasing network settings and interfering with apps that use them?
Let me tell you a short tale of Network Settings reset.

I was in a service chat with OP tech support for a completely unrelated issue of Bluetooth, and they asked me to do the Network Settings reset. I complied.

After the reset, my voice calls would no longer work, but data would. I had to mess with mobile carrier settings for like 15 minutes before I figured out how to make things work again.

Also, my Huawei Watch went into a bootloop, from which I couldn't make it recover. Even after trying to boot into recovery, I had to wait until it ran out of battery and shut down, before it recovered itself. Now, this is the watch problem, of course. But it does answer your question - what harm???

In a more general note, I have used Network Settings reset a number of times in the past with 3 different phones for different problems. It has NEVER solved any problems.

In my case my wifi and Bluetooth connectivity solved by doing this..

Apart from this if you have any solution post that don't tell me do the factory reset, because that actually sucks...

If you want someone from OP support system, this isn't the place to post. These are community support forums - users helping users.
Official support comes in the "Bug Reports" forum or by filing a "Complaint" in main OP Support web page.
