I would like to know if there are any BMW owners here that have a OPO and if there is an snap-in adapater for the phone.

On the BMW site, there are several adapaters for most common phone brands/models, like iPhone, Samsung...

I wonder if any of the existing adapters will fit the OPO. It seems that any phone that has a similar size and a similar connection (micro USB) should do it, but I am not sure.

Here is the list I could find:
    http://www.shopbmwusa.com/BLUETOOTH-SNAPIN-ADAPTERS-CONTROL/?Year=2014&Series=4 Series

    Any information would be great.

    Hi jeflaenen

Not sure if you already got what you were looking for but I was finally able to test this:

And yes, the Snap-in Adapter works with OnePlus One, but there are some things you need to pay attention, I struggled a bit to get it to work 100%.

First thing you will notice is that the OPO is too big to completely lay down on the snap in adapter, so the antenna enhancement feature will probably not function (kind of useless for me anyway, I have great reception regardless).
Second thing, your OPO home screen needs to be unlocked before you connect the snap-in cable, otherwise the car can't access your files, just like when you are connecting it to the PC.
Last thing, make sure you have a defauld player set for your media files, just go to the file manager try to open a mp3 and other media files and select the google play as your default player. If you dont do this, if you have the question to what application you want to use to open the music files, it wont work in the car.

Just one more side note I have the doubletwist media player set as my default app for head/car control (not sure if it makes any difference).

I've just purchased my OPO and it's on its way! So I will be getting a car mount for it shortly.

I currently have motox and I have a mount specific for my car (honda civic) and an adapter specific for the phone (motox)

I just checked and they DO have adapters for the OnePlus One. Go to proclipusa.com and do as follows:

Initially you will need get a mount customized for your car. In your case it would be for BMW 4 SERIES (2014)

    Step 1) http://www.proclipusa.com/dashboard-mounts/car-dash-mounts.aspx

Step 2) Get a custom phone specific phone holder:

They're really beautiful, sturdy and not an eye-sore like so many other car mounts. I highly highly recommend them. Can be little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

yes. it works. i use it in an X3.
But the OPO can only use for Connected Drive with audioplayer and phone.
apps from bmw doesn´t work. for this i have an ipod. then you can use Napster, deezer, etc.
