Hello Friends... Just want to know one thing .. My Oneplus 8t screen is popping up..I have visited service center..but they refused to take it as it has scrub on left side... I told them it may be due to hard case... But they were unable to understand. Look at the pics... Is there any way out to reach senior authorities... Please help

I understood that, but is the service centre refusing to accept device for repair?

Ok, let me ask you differently. You are asking to repair device under warranty and they are refusing to take it.
    Or
You are ok to pay but still they are refusing!

The warranty is applicable for 12 months from date of purchase. If anything happens after that, user has to pay. Ofcourse physical damage is not covered under warranty .

    Is your device under warranty?
