I bricked my oneplus tried following what this post told me to do https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/solved-soft-bricked-my-opo.95668/

Since recovery isn't working, you should use fastboot

Note: This will wipe your phone of everything!!

    1. Download and extract contents of this to your desktop
    2. Download and install universal adb drivers if you haven't already from here
    3. Download and extractthis into your platform-tools folder from step 1 (there are 15 or so files that you should place at the root of the platform-tools folder)
    4. Hold down shift + right click in platform-tools folder and click "open command line here"
    5. Type in all these commands in order one at a time(some of them may take some time so be patient), your phone must be in fastboot mode (power button + volume up) and must be plugged in to your computer:

    fastboot oem unlock
^^^*** This step will wipe your device!! (Once it finishes unplug your device, go into fastboot mode again, and then plug it back in)

    fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
    fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
    fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
    fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
    fastboot flash rpm rpm.mbn
    fastboot flash tz tz.mbn
    fastboot flash LOGO logo.bin
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash cache cache.img
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot flash system system.img
    fastboot flash userdata userdata_64g.img
    fastboot reboot

this did not work its telling me that the phone is not unlocked ,which I'am assuming is the boot loader twrp is installed btw I literally deleted everything that can be deleted except for internal files such as pictures

You would be better off with a note3 or s5, or better yet, the lg g3. IPhone is not worth it
