    I don't know why (which update i put in) but my phone is hard bricked.

    I try Mega Unbrick Guide but all the time i stopped at "transfering" - sahara connection failed.

    What im doing wrong or what else can i do?

    what i think is you must be updating to naugat and

    if not wrong downloaded zip and may have OP3 one ....not OP3T

    u need to adb sideload zip file it will install recovery too (stock) and unbrick your phone

    screen is black so can't tell but it should be. pc can decect qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 on some com port

    When the tool gives the "sahara" error, DON'T DISCONNECT THE PHONE from your pc, and press (vol+)+power button,

    I try many times on 3 pc without sucess. maybe i do wrong something
