Any one knows how OPO will handle this issues or similar issues?, we should pay shipping both sides to them?, how long for fix them?

Most of people ask for this kind of information, if they are going to sell it by e-commerce ofc a broken screen is not under warrantys but shipping cost would be high, also the days waiting for it

Before you spend money on a device you also want to know about customer services mostly the days for get it fixed. As a flagship killer they should announce about this problems

meh it's not truly a concern for me at $300 bucks I hope that the service is decent with good turnaround times for repairs but at such a low cost I'd probably just look into buying another phone from someone else depending on how long I will have had the opo.

Yea were just going to have to wait and see... hopefully they will have really good customer service, and they really do look out for the consumers.

As repair and replacement will most likely be handled by Oppo, you'll have to send your phone at your on cost to China where it will get repaired (propably not that cheap) and they'll send it back.
    Prepare a backup phone :]

Thats what I read in the Oppoforum for euro customers

Ok let's keep on waiting, one plus is all about waiting, a queue company it seems, or a countdown company
