    I'm not involved in software development, so I don't have a definitive answer for you in this regard. I know that recently there was a big compilation of incorrectly translated strings that was shared. Let me follow up on this to see if I can provide you more info on what's the status.

    There are a lot of Russian-speaking users, it's a shame that no one is interested in the problems of translation and hyphenation of words in Russian, for more than six months some promises (in future updates everything will be fixed, etc.) I spent a lot of my personal time to help OnePlus, everyone does not care about my work.

    I sent all the translation bugs with detailed descriptions and photos, there is no sense. An ordinary user cannot reach the OnePlus translation team. I spent a lot of time and received only empty promises in return.

    Sorry, oneplus, next time i will buy iphone or Samsung. Experience of using 1000 usd device is crap. Russian translation is like on 150$ cheap chinese phone, even worse

    @Oliver Z. You are the head of product.
    Can you at least acknowledge that the fact that Russian translation is shit? Or at least tell the head of the department who handles this, that they are doing a shitty job at it. This is irrespective of this gentleman doing a stellar job of even highlighting what the error is and what it should be.

    @G_Сергей_Шара please edit the thread of the title. Let it convey what this thread is all about. At least, the users can make this a base thread for discussing Russian translation. A suitable title will have better visibility while searching.

    @dsmonteiro can you help in making this a mega thread or something which has better visibility?

No one wants to really help, only painless promises.I wrote and asked to put me in touch with the person who is directly responsible for the Russian-language translation. Together we could solve translation and hyphenation issues. But it’s all to no avail, they don’t give me any contacts, no one writes to me directly, silence.I represent not only myself, I represent a large number of Russian-speaking users, I am the administrator of the telegram channel of the enlightened products of OnePlus, which includes 1,453 Russian-speaking users.
