    Hey there.

    He was most likely referring to the OnePlus Buds app version. You can check that by going to the Settings app, Apps & notifications, see all apps, look for OnePlus Buds somewhere at the bottom and tap on it, Advanced, scroll down completely and you should be able to see version 1.3.6.

    If you don't have this version then kindly update the app through Play Store:

    Oh okay. Kindly try this, forget the OnePlus Buds Pro under devices, clear the app cache and reboot.

    If that too doesn't help then try uninstalling updates for the OnePlus Buds app, reboot and then update the app.

    I tried all this bro, I tried forgetting the device and hard resetting the buds pro, reboot device. Uninstall and reinstall OnePlus buds app, everything. It's just keeps on coming. And it's very irritating.

    It's an issue with OnePlus Buds application. Are you using beta version? Because man are facing the same issue with beta verision of OnePlus Buds pro app
