I don't know what the actual problem is, but I have seen a weird thing in my device. When I cleared the device cache from the Bootloader and reboot the device, then I noticed that device system was showing the same amount of cache in the device before clearing cache from the Bootloader.
If we wipe cache from the Bootloader, then what is the point of clearing cache from the Storage of device. Technically it should have not the cache data.
Can anyone make me understand about this ?

The system (dalvik - I think) cache is different from the app cache.
System cache is wiped from the recovery/bootloader menu whereas the app cache is wiped from the storage settings.

For further understanding, android is a Linux-based system, it sandboxes all processes/apps installed which you see as cache, the reason why you wipe it is to force it to rebuild the cache, to sandbox all processes/apps from scratch - sometimes there are issues and rebuilding the cache helps - it's NOT the goal to make it disappear...

Boot your device in to recovery mode - select language English- clear only cache -reboot.
