    Gamer_Z , Dec 2, 2019 :
On OnePlus 5, the EMERGENCY ALERT does not work in The Netherlands when the phone language is not DUTCH. My phone is in ENGLISH. A lot of people are non-dutch in The Netherlands. Please fix this *critical* BUG.

When I change language (Settings > System > Language & input > Languages > 1 English) to Dutch I reveive NL ALERT.
When I change to English I never receive NL ALERT.

OnePlus: Really? What if there is a poisonous/toxic gas and a family living nearby does not receive NL-ALERT to close all windows and disable ventilation, because whole family does not speak dutch and has OnePlus phones?

NL-ALERT also sends messages in ENGLISH to whole country. This bug prevents anyone with English language from receiving ALL Emergency NL Alerts.

    Edit: Before anyone says it:

    - Yes, I tried resetting OnePlus 5 to STOCK firmware
    - Yes, I wiped data/everything and perofrmed factory reset
    - Yes, I rebooted my phone
    - Yes, I updated my phone to newest official Oxygen OS version
    - Yes, I double checked and enabled emergency broadcast alert settings, everything is ON/Enabled/Allowed
    - Yes, I have notifications allowed for all apps and everything
    - Yes, I have double checked if I have a mobile connection, 4G and 3G works, calling works, internet works, SMS works
    - Yes, I have uninstalled all custom apps (APK and from Play Store), still happens.
    - Yes, This happens even on STOCK / fresh / newly bought phone if you change language to English (not Dutch) after starting phone for the first time
    - Yes, I have enough battery (90%+) when this happens
    - Yes, My own alarms/timers do work correctly (from the Clock app)
    - Yes, I asked other people to verify this issue, other OnePlus phones have the same issues (work colleagues, family, friends)
    - Yes, this is a BUG in the OnePlus 5 / OxygenOS that must be fixed. This issue exists for more than 2 years already!
