Few days ago i used msmtool to flash 10.3.0 on my op6t and then i update it to 10.3.1 (local update). After finishing the setup, i hovered over to the settings and set everything. Then i realised something is fishy with HAPTIC feedback. Two issues i'm facing since:

    (1) I have turned off VIBRATION in every settings like 3-4-5 places. Yet upon doing "tap to wake", it vibrates. Also, when i "swipe left" to reply on a msg in telegram app, it vibrates.

    (2) When i toggle from RING > VIBRATE, (it vibrates, which is okay i think)...and then from VIBRATE > SILENT (it vibrates too, which i think is wrong). Why it vibrates when toggled to SILENT?

Anyone please help me to get this shit sort-out. Huge thanks from my side.

I'm afraid NO. No solution so far. and most shocking thing is that it happens to only few people and hence nobody is taking it seriously!

Try cleaning the slider with a non conductive plastic or wooden toothpick, just in case something is causing it to stick on vibrate, overriding the settings you set.

    Worth a check though.

You could also update to 10.3.2 and see if that helps in any way.

Update to 10.3.3, see if that fixes the issue. Check the 10.3.3 thread posts to see how.
