    Dear OnePlus,

    From last one week I am facing the issue of finger print scanner, most of the time the finger print doesn't work and also disappears some how.

    Also the system update is running in background and when I am trying to close it, it still is there in the recent apps and runs in background.

    Please fix this.

    This is a user forum nobody from OnePlus will read this.
    Have you tried deleting the fingerprints and re-registered them again?
    For the system update running in the background, you have locked that in the recents menu, the little lock next to "system update" means it's locked. Long press on it in the recents menu and unlock it and you can clear that from recents too

    By any chance are you using any screen protector?
    Or incase your finger is dirty or with dust while giving finger print?

    Yes, that has been happening to several users for quite a long time now and none of us here can do anything because you are posting in a user forum. There are no OnePlus representatives here at all to read these sections of the forum.

    You can try the following workaround by @the_o2 to help you temporarily solve the issue:

    For the Wellbeing misalignment, you can uninstall the updates and that should help.
