Yes, that has been happening to several users for quite a long time now and none of us here can do anything because you are posting in a user forum. There are no OnePlus representatives here at all to read these sections of the forum.
You can try the following workaround by @the_o2 to help you temporarily solve the issue:
For the Wellbeing misalignment, you can uninstall the updates and that should help.
