bullet Wireless Z brand new not working via OnePlus 6

    so I just purchased a OnePlus 8 Pro and the bullet Wireless Z headphones. I used the bullet Wireless Z headphones one time and now they will not work whatsoever. I plug them up and I get a red light. They've been plugged in for hours now. when I try to turn them on I get no response. am I doing something wrong or is there a secret I don't know about? Can someone please help me or is anyone else having this issue?

    Just detach both the earbuds, that's it, you don't need to plug it anywhere, neither do you have to charge it out if the box, nor you have to press any buttons, just detach the earbuds from each other and simply pair it to your phone.

    Found the solution !

    I had the exact same problem. All of the sudden the headset stopped working, I tried charging (steady red light) and tried turning it on but the headset did not switch on, none of the buttons reacted...

    I knew the internal circutary is somehow connected to the magnets in the backside of the earplugs. so I tried bringing the two earplugs together and it snapped onto themselves as usual... and voila the headset turned on and I was able to get it connected as usual !!!!!!!!

    Give a try.,

    I bought OnePlus wireless z last month and It was working fine. But, Unexpectedly today when watchingmovies on laptop it suddenly stopped working (Even though battery in the earphones was around 60% which I noticed when connected) after that I've tried many times, It was not showing in Bluetooth devices in my laptop and LED in the earphones also not glowing. I tried charging for about 1hour still LED is not glowing at all. I didn't expect such low quality product from OnePlus. I thought it'll last atleast for one year. I've get it to nearest service centre and they told to wait for atleast 2 weeks for replacement of this earphones also they're not sure it'll be replaced or not. They mentioned that many people are reporting same problem with these new bullets wireless z earphones and they not recommend them to buy. Such a disappointment, I should've gone with Realme Buds or Boat for good quality.

    I'm using oneplus 7pro and it's good,
    but OnePlus have to develope their audio side.
    I'm very disappointed about OnePlus.
    they cancelled my RMA .

    Suddenly my bullet wireless z stopped working today after 40 day of continuous use. I fully charged it today and when inserted in the ear it became unresponsive . The white led is in ON state . I tried to reset the earphone but nothing is happening also tried detaching and attaching the bud but no response.

    My OnePlus wireless bullets z is not working after I not used for two days. I'm trying to reset but it is not resetting. I'm very disappointed with OnePlus worst product. Refund my money or repair the product. I bought the product before 10 days only.

    Same issue is with me as well, the white led is still ON though the (earbuds) magnet are connected as here it supposed to be power OFF but neither it is charging nor it is switching ON. This happened today itself after 4 days of updating the software to 10.3.3 which includes updates regarding the sound quality for wireless Z headphones.
    Please anybody has any suggestions I request you to drop it here, although I tried to reset but it is not responding.
    OnePlus please don't disappoint like this.

    It's been less than a month since I got my Bullets Wireless Z. And today it suddenly stopped working. There is a Steady White LED just above the Quick Switch button, when charging, not charging, magnets together or apart from each other. Tried pressing the Volume +/- buttons together for 15-20 seconds and nothing happens.
    After speaking to the customer care I was told that the device is stuck and will have to visit the Oneplus Service where they will check it and may repair it or replace it. I live in Santacruz Mumbai and due to Covid pandemic the only Oneplus Service open is in Vasai which is like 60 km away from me where I will spend more money (than the Bullets wireless Z) commuting.
