    Got Delivery 24th June 2020
    Used only 2 days
    Today(27th June 2020) stopped working
    Tried everything but looks like buttons don't work at all. Not sure how such a product was marketed.

    Same here it was all fine but suddenly stopped working yesterday, its hardly one month old but dosent charge or switch on now, tried charging and resetting it but the led light is not visible.
    Is there any solution or replacement is the only option? Is there any door to door replacement facility?

    I am having the same problem. From the second day itself the buds stopped working, the white LED is continuously glowing at all times. Have tried factory reset but still now working, I dropped a complaint to them but there has been no response and there is no Oneplus store in my city. Really the last time I will buy a oneplus product.

    It's been less than a month since I got my Bullets Wireless Z. And today it suddenly stopped working. There is a Steady White LED just above the Quick Switch button, when charging, not charging, magnets together or apart from each other. Tried pressing the Volume +/- buttons together for 15-20 seconds and nothing happens.
    Pls help ASAP.

    Hi Guys, Seeing many of you complaining the headset is really sad. In my story I tried tagging them on twitter and Mailed them several times yet no response from the OP team. Seems they are ignoring every OP bullets wireless z problems and thats annoying. After failed to reach them online and they cancelled RMA too. I've called my nearest OP authorised Service Centre they asked me to bring the device. I've went there and given my device they checked it and said that they'll replace the device in about 1 week time. It's been complete 3 weeks upto today and they haven't given replacement to me yet 😡. When I called them they said many of our recent complaint are regarding this headset only also OP delaying the replacement they said. It was really frustrating and OP too Don't care about any of the after sales experience of their customers. We should not recommend this earphones to any of our friends and family as this earphone is Purely SCAM product. Please raise this issue to outside world and let OP atleast by the fear of spoiling of their name, do the necessary replacement to all the earphones soon.

    I had also experienced the same.. On the next day of bought the headphones The White LED is turn on and headphone not conected to any devices , also not at all charging... I keep on serching for solution..then i found one idea from the youtube comment.. Like that i kept the headphones buds detach and idle for some days to drain a battery it takes around 10days to drain without using headphone then the white light is turn off.. Now my headphone is working well
