Burn in issue via OnePlus Nord

    My OnePlus nord(under warranty) has a screen burn in issue will it be covered by OnePlus
    I used to keep my brightness as low as possible but still i am facing such problems

    Hardware issues can't be captured via a screenshot. You should therefore take a photo of the screen using another camera.

    Screenshots won't show burn in. You can explain what the element is.
    If it is a system UI element, it might probably be included in warranty. But that depends on the service center too.

    Explain what is burnt in. Is it an element from a game or an app or something in the system.

    If it can be seen while the screen is off, it's not burn-in. It sounds like your phone might have some physical damage, which is not covered by warranty.

    One option to take a picture of the issue is to use the front camera and a mirror.

    It is visible at a certain angle so it is hard for me to capture it by using a mirror

    Here is my best bet. You are using flip cover and you have credit card or something similar in the pocket of the cover. That thing on pocket is causing scratches to original screen protector which is very thin plastic. And how I know this? Because I had exactly same " issue". Just rip the original screen protector away and change it to better one
