In the new year i will be renewing all of my companies handsets, i would like to look at adopting the 1+2 as the standard handset, however i have some concerns about supply. When will the 1+2 be on general sale like the 1+1 was in the end?

No Problem (I didn't see that in your profile too, that is the reason I asked) ...
I guess it is in the hand of OnePlus X too ...
I saw some people are waiting for an budget (mid) range phone too ...

If you do this, you will get fired for sure. Do you think your employer will thank you for introducing them to such a dodgy company. The first customer service experience should seal your fate.
Service isnt really a strong point, and maybe this is in business?

    Its his company?

cs is quite an important thing, i agree with you. I had okay-ish experience with CS. But you might think of a solution to the reliability. (Alternative phone with better cs, buy "overstock" spare devices, ask for solutions, etc etc)

If all works, i think op2 is a good phone regarding company-device.

Regarding availability... No one knows... ? Im sure you can ask, but even i dont expect an answer anytime soon.

Please dont make such a rookie mistake. If you want the company to prosper, do not even think about using OP2 or anything from OnePlus.

One problem though is Elephone. Horror stories about OnePlus have been out there when I think that Elephone is by far the worst I have come across. They nearly cancelled my order just because I said I had misspelled my name on the purchase. I just told them to forget about it. Thankfully those words are in their vocabulary.

So to sum up, crap service (same as oneplus there then), cheaper, no invite system, better spec.
    Upon reflection a better deal.

Interestingly, for a company phone he would not need the latest model. The older ones are cheap and fulfill all the necessary functions.:)

I'm sure it all depends on are you going to order a phone for 3 employees or for 2000 employees. On the latter i would suggest you contact OnePlus directly. Any other case and you just need to wait like everyone else.
