    Hello,

I jumbly ask that you play with the idea of adding the possibily of opening the camera app from the actions of the navigation bar buttons ( home, recents, back). (double tap or hold)

I want a faster way of accessing the camera but double clicking the power button is not ideal in the way that I usually hold the phone.

On my old Samsung Galaxy Edge, I loved that I could double tap the home button to open the camera.

I would love to be able to do that here too. unfortunately, the open camera action is not present in the configurable button action list.

could you please toy with the idea of adding it?

    Thank you.

If you want to access camera when phone is locked, you can always use gestures. It will work on any part of the screen, so you can hold it any way you want.

i want this for when the phone is unlocked. You don't have the buttons when the screen is off either way.

because of the way I use my phone. I try to use it with one hand and that means that I don't grip the left side of the.phone.
so if I press the power button on the right, the phone falls from my hand.
I double tap one of the menu keys to turn off the screen. that works best for me, so I don't really use the power button.

but I see that the option is available for the OP5, just not the OP5t.
