    I have a similar issue when contacting Samsung Galaxy 10s that has been going on since the phone was released.

    I have cleared the cache, reset settings, and replaced the sim card.

    OnePlus told me in July it is a known issue, but there is no known resolution or solution being developed per their help desks knowledge. I called in today and received the same response.

    >Try to switch off your mobile then remove your sim and re-insert it and check.

    >>If issue continues then try to Swap your sim cards from Sim slot 1 to Sim slot 2 and vice versa and check.

    >>>If still having same issue then check if you are having same issue by inserting another Sim on your device. If another Sim is working fine then it might be a Sim Card issue and you can replace it.

    I have tried each of those options and replaced the sim, but they did not improve the problem.
