Call drop issues on One Plus 6 Handsets in India (Urgent)***

    Hello,

    we purchased few devices of One Plus 6 last week. it came as a shock to us those devices are facing the issue of call drops (incoming calls drop) even when the network is full. The issue is more intense i.e more call drops when Volte and WiFi is on...less call drops when phone is on mobile network and volte is off...but still there are call drops....same sim when inserted to other one plus 5...there are no issues ...

    One Plus 6 software is full of bugs ...these needs to be fixed ASAP

    I have raised the issue to One plus technical support team and also one plus technical team on Twitter...request you to highlight the same so that the company is aware of this software bug and sends a patch to fix it soon...

    it's Vodafone ... even I have escalated it to technical team on mail as well as Twitter... problem is that there are very few who report and that's when company says rest of the pieces are working fine ...good you highlighted ....keep me posted on the outcome

    Same issues faced by me too.. Indian handsets particularly are having the issue??
    I am using Airtel as my Primary sim and Volte...BSNL as my secondary sim.. Frequent call drops on my secondary sim since day one...
    How do we escalate the issue to the OnePlus admins in the forum itself??

    same for me , just now I have noticed it...
    if there is serious network traffic , my calls are either getting dropped or it's just becoming not audible...
    I'm really disappointed with this issue, but hoping they will fix it.
