Having the same issues on Android 10 with my OnePlus 7 Pro.
What I've found that can help:
    - Change Game Driver preference (System > Developer Options) of Call of Duty Mobile to "Game Driver"
    - Change Graphic Quality to Low and Frame Rate to Medium

With this settings I was able to play 2 or 3 games without a single crash (but it still might crash)

    Hope it helps!

Maybe allow gaming mode to come on if it isn't already? Other apps could be sucking up resources...
My OP6 has been playing it flawlessly.

Hello. The game freezes due to the Android Systems Webview application. If you remove this application via adb, the game stops crashing, on any settings, in any game mode. It remains only to find out which version of Webview does not conflict with call of duty mobile.

Could you, please, provide which commands do you use to remove WebView?

My 7T seems to be doing it more often than before. Seems like only battle royal. It's like it's stuck in a two frame loop.

Found out how to remove, but nothing changed. Still getting the same 2-frame loop

There are users of other phone brands experiencing the same issues. It is not entirely a oneplus issue.

The issue is, that OnePlus did not put out a statement yet addressing the issue, as they are promoting it as a gaming phone. At least part of the community would understand what the issue is. If the game itself, Android 10 or whatever.

Just made the account to confirm that setting "Graphics" to "Low" fixes the crashing of game in Battle Royale for me.
Tested on OnePlus 7 Pro, Xiaomi K20 Pro, Oneplus 6, and LG V30.
Remove the game from "Gaming Mode" as it launches the game in High/Very High graphics setting.
I have also observed that the glitch happens when I try to use scope and that too mostly in the sniper rifles. And the glitch is inconsistent, so I can't "report" it and whenever it happens, the game crashes.
Based on my Gaming with my several phones, I can confirm that the glitch is in the game, it isn't the issue of OnePlus or Oxygen OS.

weird solution, i dont see why it should work since webview isnt used most of the game but i will try it maybe it really does work

anyone tested the game on OxygenOS 10.0.5 yet?
Just got the OTA on my 7T, too tired to test now will in 13hrs

Since the issue is much less if not entirely fixed when using the lowest graphics setting I'm leaning towards the issue being in the fame rather than the OS

That said, crashes all together have been getting less for me the past week ( even though i have been playing much more)

That's not a silver bullet. Instead of 2-frame loop game will just goes to black screen or close unexpectedly
It won't work, don't bother yourself. Also, I can't see how game crash could be connected with WebView

Let me know the Graphics settings that you have been using.
The steps that I followed are as follows:
    1. Cleared Data and Cache and reinstalled.
    2. Removed the game from "Gaming Mode".
    3. Setting Graphics to "Low" and Frame rate to "High/Very High".

My LG V30 was facing the forced close issue, the game exits and shows three options of : "Waiting", "Force Close App", and "Send Feedback".

My Xiaomi K20 Pro was facing sudden black screen issue and I had to restart the game to get back in.

My OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 6 were facing this 2 frame loop issue where in I can hear the game responding to my touch inputs i.e. walk, and firing the weapon.

The above mentioned steps fixed all of these issues on all of my phones. Maybe it is because I am still on Android 9 on all of those phones or we have a "setting" or a "step" mismatch.
