    They might not be accessable via the default file manager, so you may have to download a third party file manager.
    Copying @McJader's post here:

    Download Total Commander
    internal storage>android>data>installed apps>select yes>select allow and select use this folder at the bottom
    you will now be able to access the installed apps folder, navigate to com.oneplus.communication.files>Record>PhoneRecord

    Follow these simple process to access call recordings. Open 'History' tab on the phone app. On the top right side, you will see 3 dots in horizontal position. Press it and go to ' Settings'. Here you will see the option of Call Recording. Press it and you will see 'View all recordings' which has all the previous call recording.

    But how do I transfer these files to my laptop?
    When I connect my oneplus 8 pro to my laptop it doesn't show these files anymore.

    When you find call recording that you want to transfer, then press 3 vertical dots on right side of the said call. There you will find the option to share. You can choose to share through whatsapp or mail. Hope this helps.
