Because it's illegal in Poland to record calls without the other person knowing of it. It's only available in countries where it's legal.

"According to Polish Penal Code (art. 267) call recording is legal for private person only when recording person is one of the participant.[18] No consent from the other side is needed then. Similar to Latvia the use of recordings, depending on their content, may be subject to various laws."

Another person must be informed about recording only by companies.

First of all your source is wikipedia... Secondly asuming the source is valid they are talking about it being legal using it in a very specific way but it is still illegal in a couple of other ways, so removing the chance if you breaking laws they removed the feature.

Also: Why do people really need a call recorder? Are you so eager to use people's words against them or something? Use the method everyone else in the world is using: If you decide or agree to something, confirm that into an e-mail afterwards.

In Sweden call recordings are legal, if you are a part of the call.

But the call recording feature is not active in Sweden.

OnePlus, please active this feature in Sweden.
