    You made .nomedia.txt

    That why its not wrking

You need a file explorer which can create this empty file

    Used solid explorer

And create new file and name it .nomedia

    Thats it

    oh god no.
Don't rename the file as .nomedia
You create a new file named .nomedia to hide the files in that folder from media scanners.

If you can't create one, just copy one from Whatsapp voice notes folder. It's there usually.

The key to hiding audio files such as voice recordings or audiobooks from your Android music player is placing a .nomedia file in the folder(s), in which the audio files are stored. You could either do it by searching your file manager for .nomedia files and copy one to the target folders. WhatsApp has a default .nomedia file, too, which can be copied to the target folder(s). Also, you could create a .nomedia file using third-party file managers like Solid Explorer. This article deals with all the methods in detail with pictures: https://mobile-tips.com/hide-audio-android-music-player/

I hope, it will be helpful. Thanks.
