I had OnePlus 6t in which all my call recordings were saved in a separate folder in file manager: Record/PhoneRecord.

I had about 5000 recordings. Then I used OnePlus Switch to copy everything to my new OnePlus 7. After the latest Oxygen OS 11 update, all my call recordings from that folder have disappeared, showing 0 items and new call recordings are only visible via Call Logs. Please help me recover the old ones, I didn't delete them.

Also, if I delete the entry of a contact in my recently dialed list, I will have no option to view their recordings as they are not visible in file manager.

    Please help!

The location has been moved to
    Android/Data/com.oneplus.communication.data/files/Record/PhoneRecord
Also quick way to find recordings is
Open dialer app -- call log -- tap on 3 dots of any call log -- call recording -- the file will be visible -- again click on 3 dots and tap on view in file manager.

No I haven't, I just tried to view them in laptop, and they're there. All of them. All the folders for all the apps, just as they should be. But I can't view anything in the android/data folder in phone. How to correct that?

Try toggling on show hidden files option.
    Restart your device once.

    Did that.
    Still no change!

Also, there's an application named "Files", which takes you directly into all your files. It shows all the folders correctly. It's not a third party app.

But File Manager fails to do so

Try updating file manager from playstore. Maybe some bug has arrived.

I am using One Plus 7, after the recent update I have lost my call recordings as well. Where can I find then to atleast take the back up of the same?? I updated my phone a while back and now everything is gone. Zero files visible that were saved in the separate folder :( Please help me fix this.
