Hi could you find your earlier files. If yes explain the process. The newer recorded files are present on the phone int he android folder which si fine. Need to know about the older ones. They are precious to me.

Don't go thru file manager, to thru Files, or any other file explorer app from play Store after giving permission. Then go to Android_data_com.oneplus.communications

    There you'll find previous recordings

Hello fellow Oneplus 7 users. Ik I might be somewhat late to post this. After going through the replies and some practical I have finally found the solution. So basically, there is no bug in the Oneplus default file manager, it's just that due to Android 11 policies, we are unable to see the recordings in file manager even though they exist. So, now to recover these recordings or backup or copy them, we need to use a file manager that will have the most basic sense to let us know that it is unable to access: Android>data>com.oneplus.communications. For this we will use the mi file manager.

    1. Try to access the said location through it and it will ask for permission, but after that it would not be able to access it directly and the folder would be opened through the google "files" up.

    2. Now once you open this folder, just open every folder that you will encounter and finally you will have a list of all your call recordings that you were able to see in call app but not in file manager.

    3. Now, you can copy or cut and paste it wherever you want through that files app itself, preferably to a location where the normal file manager can have access. That's it.

Let me know if you have any queries.

The new path for call recording is

    Android/Data/com.oneplus.communication.data/files/Record/PhoneRecord

To me its more organized then previous becouse no more manually search directly can access from dialer app

I have tried everything suggested above. Cache clear, App update, Enabling Show Hidden Files. But nothing works. Even there is nothing to be seen here in the mentioned location of Android/data/
It's completely blank. I think there is some major changes in Android 11. But I need all my recordings transferred to my laptop. If anyone has found any work around to this, pls pls pls share. I am in dire need.

The location has been moved to
    Android/Data/com.oneplus.communication.data/files/Record/PhoneRecord
Also quick way to find recordings is
Open dialer app -- call log -- tap on 3 dots of any call log -- call recording -- the file will be visible -- again click on 3 dots and tap on view in file manager.
