Amit1543 , via OnePlus 9R , Jan 18, 2022 : Whenever i receive call at first for few seconds (exact 7-8 seconds) later caller name gets displayed. Till the time phone keeps on ringing mode or in vibrate mode.. It's very inconvenient. Fix this bug OnePlus support.
