Still the total power output depends on both Voltage and Current.

Higher the voltage , more the power at the same current level.

I had no idea the human body had any connection to resistances

    I passed already....I'm done with electrical :p

Well, in theory, some of us are running CM 12.1 on OP2. By some of us I mean not me, so I can't particularly provide a whole lot of insight here but I doubt the CM 12.1 build for OP2 is built on Oxygen's kernel, I suspect that'd be an impossibility but I could be wrong, I'm purely speculating here.

I think you can compare it like by filling a flat tire, voltage is like the psi and amps is how much air your you are putting in at once. So if you have 9V it would definitely charge faster than 5V... I think....

Blood flowing through an artery can be seen as electricity flowing through a cable. Using the same principle we can see how much resistance an artery has. More resistance, less blood flow. Less blood flow, increase chances of stuff like a stroke, heart attack, etc.

Lets consider 100% efficiency. By theory, a 2.0 amp charger and 2.0 amp fast charge should then charge the battery at same rate, no?

    3300 mAh / 2.0 amps (2000 mAh) = 1.65 hrs

The mah determined by the battery is also based off its operating voltage. A 3.7v battery yes would be at 3300mah but change the voltage to higher and it's mah rating goes down.

    No.
All QC2.0 Chargers I saw are 2A and rated at just higher Voltage output. That is the difference between a standard anfd a auick charger.....the extra volts it puts out.

Edit : Theres chargers that have more than 2A output.

I know, that is a bummer... even if the kernel supports it, we need that file lol.

Maybe recompiling an existing kernel with the file from an existing kernel?

this one is easy to understand. 2.0a vs 3.6a...

I read that pdf from @mwayner. it makes more sense now.

Will the VOOC Charger from OPPO Find 7 Work? I see no difference. I would be nice if it worked on the Oneplus One
