    The stock phone app is not working properly.
    Calls disconnects abruptly. Phone is out of reach. Also calling from phone doesn't work 7 out of 10 times..!!

    Everytime while I m speaking with someone and taking another person on conference call, calling app automatically mutes the 1st person while I m searching the 2nd person contact. generally it put on hold 1st person when u r taking 2nd person on Conference call.

    Same is with my phone.. I bought the One plus nord from Amazon and since it's start the device is causing call drop after every 1 or 2 minutes in most of the calls. Really not expected from a top brand smartphone

    The prime use of a phone is making & receiving calls..!! Isn't it OnePlus Team????

    It's been more than a month now that I am using Nord & facing these calling issues like call drop after every 1or 2mins , unable to pickup calls while recieving call notifications on screen and what not..!

    My humble request to address this issue..else without its calling abilities... Nord will be nothing more than an iPod/media player for me..!!

    facing the same issue in my new Oneplus nord mobile. Basic use of the phone is calling and that is not working here. Due to this issue i am missed out few opportunities for my career and got to know that this issue is there in my phone. who will be responsible for my loss and please help me in fixing this issue so that i will not miss any calls from now. Any one have any idea that is there any spot fix for this for now? please help me in resolving this ASAP.

    I have using Jio & Vodafone sim, someone calling on Vodafone & Calls disconnecting not able to receive calls on Vodaphone no. I checked with customer care there end all is okay. Please help us is any setting problem on one plus.

    I recently bought 2 oneplus nord phones and am facing this call drop issue with both the phones. This issue persists only with an airtel sim. The airtel Sim works fine with any other device other than nord and other sims are working fine the oneplus nord. There seems to be some compatability issue with airtel n/w and oneplus nord. Please look into it and fix it as soon as possible

    I bought 2 Nord for my family members and this call drop issue is terrible with no fix in sight. Now they want to dump the Nord and back to iPhone. Sigh.

    I too facing the same issue in my new Oneplus nord mobile, voice gets abruptly disconnected however the call is still in active. Kindly provide a fix to resolve the issue.

    I cannot make calls or receive calls after latest oxygen os 10.5.8 update in my Nord mobile. I am using Vodafone sim and I cannot receive any call or call someone. If I try to call my network goes off and says "mobile network is not available to make calls". I tried with WiFi on and off ( for WiFi calling) if I call someone even my wifi and Network goes off . Mobile data is working fine without any issues. I don't know what OnePlus make mobile for, if they cannot provide the basic feature of a mobile phone. Really frustrated with the mobile.

    I have make and received call issue with airtel. Internet working properly but cant able to call or received . When try to call then network goes and no mobile network issue popup display.

    Internet is working properly. Please help me fast. I cant able to call after update.

    I have changed my number to airtel, I can't get incoming call and make outgoing calls,it's not port issue,sim issue,alla settings i have done but the problem can't sloved, internet and messages are working good but the only Calling issue
