Network/Connectivity Calls do not arrive. 2 SIM cards in use Nov 26, 2020

    Calls do not arrive. 2 SIM cards in use.
    There are different service provider cards
    The first card is my personal and the second is work
    The second card does not receive calls (SIM 2)

    SIM cards just renewed

    Switching card slots didn't help

    Where's the problem?

    Mobile data - ON
    Network - 2G/3G/4G/5G automatic ON

    Calls - Ask all ways
    Messages - SIM 2
    Mobile data - SIM 1

    Settings on both cards:
    VoLTE - Off
    Wi-fi calls - off
    Roaming - On

    i have the same problem with 5T....I managed to get it working in the past but since the new update to 10.0.1...gone again!

    for me (5T) no calls in general.
    phone on standby...asked someone to call me on SIM2 and the call not coming in..... but I can make calls with SIM2.
