After using 7t for about 3 months I am writing this. My friends kept pestering me to upgrade to a Oneplus device. They praised it a lot. But I am very much disappointed from this device. I regret buying it. The Camera takes inconsistent photo even in same conditions. The battery gives me maximum of 6hrs of SOT with light-moderate usage. Please solve this issues.

Care to post screenshots battery usage and SOT?
Regarding camera, have you tried using 3rd party camera app like Open Camera? Do you get the same results with them?

Camera issues are widely known with the OnePlus phones. As for battery life, if you're using it constantly at 90hz with full brightness the battery will drain quickly. If you are still able to, return your phone and ask for a refund.

Sure. Since Android 6 you have battery optimization settings like "intelligence optimization - optimize - don't optimize". For me I just put all apps that I don't need to be working in the background on "optimize". That's all.
But you can increase you battery life more using sth like greenify and all-in-one toolbox Which can strict background activity better than Android does (but you need to have rooted phone like me). In all-in-one toolbox you can strict boot on system load for system and non system apps, it's very useful to speed up your boot and save battery life. Also using greenify you can make Android doze way more agressive (ofc if you have root on you phone).

The issue is that the competition phone's are having more battery capacity and that too in the same dimensions of that of 7t.

At 90hz it won't even cross the 6hr mark.

And? 5-6hrs is still good battery life... And with the Warp charging you can fill up 50% in no time

Don't know about you, but I have seen exceptional battery backup in the same price range.

It all depends on the hardware... You can go 60hz for slightly better battery life... But then why even by a 90hz phone in the first place?

I get everything between 4-9hrs of screen on time depending on my usage with 90hz

Dark theme on all apps that support it, I don't clear cache from apps nor use ram boosters.
