Dresa91 , Dec 7, 2021 : What OxygenOS version are you using? Did you test it in safe mode? Did you clear cache and storage of the Camera App and of the OnePlus Camera Service app? Did you reset your phone? Did you contact support and visit a service center?
PradeepGreddy , via OnePlus 6 , Dec 8, 2021 : Oxygen OS 11.1.2.2 I truly dono wht is Safe mode (it will good if explain on the same) No I didn clear any cache for camera Yes I restarted my phone No I didn visit any service centers for the issue Please guide me wht can it be done to clear this issue
Dresa91 , Dec 8, 2021 : For that just follow my suggestions: - for safe mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/oneplus/oneplus-6/safe-mode/ - clear cache and storage of the Camera App and of the OnePlus Camera Service app - I asked for a reset, not restart
