camera dust

    hello,
    i have an OP 3T and its totally new conditioned and i am having problem with the front camera , i found some part of dust in it .

    but the phone is totally packed , how the dust comes in the camera [e]1f625[/e][e]1f625[/e][e]1f625[/e]
    i am in trouble , help me

    Was it purchased new or used/refurbished?
    Maybe the glass/screen was replaced and it got in that way

    my oneplus one was burned and i complained to the company and they given me a new sealed pack oneplus 3T

    Probably either a refurbished unit or the retail package was sitting in the inventory so long it collected dust

    Remove the two screws from the bottom, remove SIM tray, pop the back off with a plastic tool (designed for opening phones), and blow the dust off of it. Done
