it's really hard to focus objects nearer to the back camera under low light condition while the new redmi note 7 pro ,Poco f1 is doing better.( coming in a low budget)

Yes, finding the right spot for the camera to focus and produce clear image can be tricky.

What mode are you using (auto vs Pro mode)? How much of a difference does adding a source of light to the scene on that the focus of the close up item?

I've been noticing there is a sweet spot where depending on the distance between the lens and object gives the best output whether in good or low light. I found that in low light, being careful of where you stand with the phone in relation to the light and object makes a big difference.

Finding this sweet spot is best using pro mode > manual focus. For example the macro (flower) and move closer and further away. Being a bit further seems to work best... Then cropping the image helps get the close up.

    Hope that helps.

After the latest security patches update, the picture quality of the primary camera has detoriated very badly. The pixels are not good and blurry. It's more like have the picture from lower mp camera with lower quality and pixels getting disrupted.

    Any suggestions?

If we were a pro photographer then we would buy a DSLR instead of buying a smartphone , from which we expect the minimal quality of a better image with better color composition.

After the recent update (A6000_22_190625), camera autofocus for video is really bad. It unnecessary refocus frequently, which in turn goes out of focus.

    How to fix?
Will Installing older version of camera could solve this?
