You can start by posting what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

• Has the phone been rebooted?
• What are you doing to reproduce the problem?
• Has the phone been reset?
• Do you notice anything strange or something else happening while using the camera?
• Have you tried in airplane mode?

Take people through the issue step by step. What's currently here is like wandering into a hospital emergency room and yelling "Help! I need medical aid!"
